How long do gel nails last?
Our gel manicures stay glossy and chip-free for up to 3 weeks, depending on how you use your hands day-to-day. Builder gel and acrylic extensions can be maintained with infills every 2 weeks for ongoing wear.
What’s the difference between gel, builder gel, and acrylic?
Gel polish is a thin, durable colour finish on the natural nail. Builder gel is thicker — applied as an overlay to add strength and structure for longer natural nails. Acrylic is a sculpting medium often used for full extensions and dramatic length. Jade will recommend the right option for your nail type and lifestyle.
Do you offer pedicures in Upton?
Yes — we offer classic polish, gel toes, acrylic toes, and builder gel pedicures at our Upton studio. All pedicures use single-use tools for hygiene.
How do I prepare for my first nail appointment?
No prep needed beyond arriving with clean hands. If you’re coming in with existing gel or acrylic that needs removing, please book the Removal add-on so we can plan the time. New extensions take longer than infills, so build in a little extra wiggle room for your first visit.
