These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Classica Beauty website and booking system. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Classica Beauty is operated by Jade Azam, trading as Classica Beauty, 13 High Street, Upton, WF9 1HR.

All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS.

By making a booking, you confirm that the information you have provided (name, phone number, service selection) is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Our full cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Please read the Cancellation Policy before booking.

All prices are as displayed on the Services page at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of all materials and labour. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price displayed when you booked.

Please inform us before your appointment if you:

• Have any known allergies or skin sensitivities
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have had a recent reaction to nail or lash products
• Are taking any medications that may affect skin sensitivity

We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it would not be safe to proceed.

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please raise them before leaving the studio or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

We are unable to offer refunds for completed services, but we will always work with you to put things right where reasonable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classica Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
