Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

To cancel or reschedule, please call or message us directly. Cancellations made via the online booking system are also accepted.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment value. This covers the time set aside for your appointment that we are unable to fill at short notice.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value. Repeat no-shows may result in your ability to book online being removed.

Please let us know if you are running late. We will always try to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, to avoid impacting other clients.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment oncewith at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. A second rescheduling of the same booking, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, may be treated as a late cancellation.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or a genuine emergency, please let us know as soon as possible and we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.
