Frequently asked
How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book button at the top of any page, or visit /book directly. You'll see live availability for the next few weeks, pick your treatment, choose a slot and pop in your details. You'll get a confirmation by email, and a reminder before your visit.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday 10am–6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am–8pm. Closed Monday, Wednesday, and at the weekend. Booking is by appointment only — please don't turn up without one as the studio is single-client.
How much do treatments cost?
Nail treatments start from £10 (cut and shape, classic polish) and go up to £35 for full acrylic or gel extensions. Lashes range from £10 (eyelash tinting) to £30 (LVL lash lift). Brow services start at £10 for waxing or tinting, with eyebrow lamination at £35. Add-ons like nail art and removal are listed in the booking flow with their own pricing.
Do you take cancellations?
Yes — please give us 24 hours' notice if you can. Full details are in our cancellation policy. If you're unwell on the day, message us and we'll do our best to reschedule.
Which treatments need a patch test?
LVL lash lifts, eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting, the eyebrow tint + wax combo, and eyebrow lamination all need a quick in-salon patch test before your first visit, or again if your last appointment with us was over 6 months ago. One universal patch test covers all five treatments — £5, 15 minutes, valid for 6 months, must be done at least 24 hours before your treatment. The booking page can book the test and your treatment together for you on different days.
Where are you and is there parking?
13 High Street, Upton, WF9 1HR — on the High Street in Upton village, easy to find from Pontefract, Wakefield or Castleford. Free street parking is usually available right outside.
