LVL and Eyelash Tinting need a quick in-salon patch testbefore your first treatment, or if it’s been over 6 months since your last appointment with us. £5, 15 minutes, valid for 6 months — one test covers all tinting, LVL and lamination. The booking page can book the patch test and your treatment together for you on different days.

Lash FAQs
What is an LVL lash lift?
LVL stands for Length, Volume, Lift. It’s a treatment that lifts and curls your own natural lashes from the root using a gentle perming solution — no extensions involved. The result is a wider, brighter eye that lasts around 6 weeks.
How long does an LVL lash lift last?
Up to 6 weeks for most clients. After that the lift gradually grows out as your natural lashes shed and regrow. We recommend rebooking around the 6-week mark to keep the look consistent.
Do I need a patch test before an LVL?
Yes — a quick in-salon patch test is required before your first LVL, and again if your last visit with us was more than 6 months ago. It takes 15 minutes, costs £5, and covers tinting and lamination too (one test, all three treatments). It must be done at least 24 hours before your treatment. The safest way is to use the "book both together" option in the booking flow — we’ll fit the patch test on an earlier day and keep the result on file for the next 6 months.
Can you remove existing lash extensions?
Yes. Our Removal service safely takes off any brand of extension without damaging your natural lashes. Allow about an hour, and book this on its own or before another lash treatment.
Will an LVL damage my natural lashes?
No. The lifting solution we use is designed for the eye area and we follow strict timing per lash type. If you have very fine or fragile lashes, mention it in the booking notes and Jade will adjust the technique.
